A friend gave me this second hand curtain and I made a self drafted skirt out of it.
I drafted a very wide A line skirt with a side zip and a one piece waistband. I loved those big white flowers so tried to get as much of the print on the skirt as possible. I really love it.
What a fantastic print! The a line silhouette is the perfect way to showcase it.

Thanks Lesley! I hope so too. It’s not pants so I do have to try harder 😉

Stunning skirt! Don’t tell anyone it’s an old curtain – it’s vintage oriental silk from a Chinese emperor’s wardrobe.

You’ll get a lot of use out of this skirt for the summer. The print is great. You can even wear all white accessories and a t-shirt for a very cool look.

I agree. It does look great with white. Also navy to bring out the white in the print.
